Shotgun Package
With personalized service, flexible start times and seamless event coordination, this package is perfect for those looking to create a truly unique and memorable golf tournament.
Tee Time Package
Tee time events are the perfect choice from groups of 32 – 72 golfers. Our comprehensive package includes all the essentials to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event from start to finish.
Group Bookings
Enjoy a seamless golf event with no food and beverage included. Your booking includes green fees, power carts, warm-up baskets, and KP markers for groups of 16 to 72 golfers.

- Exclusive course buyout for up to 144 golfers
- Shotgun start (between 11:00am – 1:00pm) for synchronized play.
- Personal event coordination services
- Live scoring on course
- 18-Hole round with shared GPS equipped power carts
- Complimentary warm-up baskets to get your guests ready before their round
- On-course concession service
- On-course Food and Beverage Voucher – Enjoy a hotdog or a sandwich, a drink (alcoholic or non-alcoholic), and a snack. Please inquire if you would like to upgrade to a pre-tournament buffet.
- Spectacular Banquet and Dinner
- Access our covered registration area and use of five 10 x 10 tents
- Power cart signage with sponsor or tournament logo, if applicable, with restrictions.
- Our team manages all set up & tear down for a hassle – free experience
- Retail Voucher – each player will be given a $15 voucher to spend in the Golf Shop the day of the event. Alternatively, the tournament can opt for a $2000 retail credit to apply toward our corporate retail catalogue or Golf Shop items.

- Start time of your choice between 11:00am – 2:00pm. Tee time intervals are set at 10-minutes

Add excitement to your tournament by letting participants challenge a PGA Professional in a Closest to the Pin or Long Drive contest. Whether players are competing for bragging rights, or for prizes, it’s a perfect way to enhance the experience of any event with the potential to raise funds for charity.
Hire the Pro
Allow players to use a PGA Professional’s shot on a designated hole, giving them an edge in the tournament. Ideal for charity events, this activation offers an engaging way to enhance the experience while potentially boosting fundraising efforts.

$400 per activation for a Shotgun Event (2 PGA Professional)
$100 per hour (Max 4 hours) for a Tee Time Event (1 PGA Professional)
Expert Guidance | Increased Confidence | Enhanced Experience
Our PGA Professional(s) will be available one hour before your first tee time to provide valuable tips and guidance to your guests during their warm up at the driving range.
PRE TOURNAMENT SWING CLINIC
$750 per package (includes 3x 1 hr lessons with a PGA Professional)

Offer this valuable experience to your guest and set them up for success. Perfect for beginning and novice golfers looking to refine their skills, or foursomes who want a fun and engaging way to prepare as a group.

As part of the event hosting experience at the University Golf Club, let us assist you by looking after your golf event player gifting and prize table needs.
No matter the size of your group, our dedicated staff will assist you with the concept, planning and execution of a unique gifting and prizing program specifically designed for your event.
Our services include a personalized consultation and shopping experience for you and your tournament coordinator at either The SHOP or through our virtual online catalogue. We take care of all the details from ordering, shipping, custom branding, storage and setup on the day. As well, we can provide staff or brand representatives to assist with the player gifting experience on event day. Our goal is to help you develop a custom merchandise concept which matches the vision and budget of your unique event, all at a very competitive price.
