Tee Time Package

Every player will receive a $15 voucher to spend in the Proshop on the day of the event. |
| Tournament Retail Credit |
In place of individual player vouchers, Tournaments may choose a $2,000 Proshop credit, which can be applied to any item. Corporate pricing is available for Adidas and Taylormade merchandise. |
| Charity Foursome Certificate |
Each shotgun receives one foursome certificate, valid for one year. Includes four 18-hole rounds with power carts, on-course concession vouchers, and advance booking privileges. |

Treat your guests to a selection of Local Craft Beer, Import Beer, Ready to Drink Beverages (RTD’s), and Cocktail Activations.
Strategically placed throughout the course, these activations provide engaging sponsorship opportunities, and enhance the overall guest experience.
All beverage activations include product, supplies, setup, and takedown, and must be served by a University Golf Club Bartender.

WARM UP WITH A PRO
$400 per activation for a Shotgun Event (2 PGA Professional)
$100 per hour (Max 4 hours) for a Tee Time Event (1 PGA Professional)
Expert Guidance | Increased Confidence | Enhanced Experience
Our PGA of Canada Teaching Professional(s) will be available one hour prior to your first tee time, circulating the driving range to provide quick, personalized swing tips and advice to golfers during their warm up.

As part of the event hosting experience at the University Golf Club, let us assist you by looking after your golf event player gifting and prize table needs.
No matter the size of your group, our dedicated staff will assist you with the concept, planning and execution of a unique gifting and prizing program specifically designed for your event.
Our services include a personalized consultation and shopping experience for you and your tournament coordinator at either The SHOP or through our virtual online catalogue. We take care of all the details from ordering, shipping, custom branding, storage and setup on the day. As well, we can provide staff or brand representatives to assist with the player gifting experience on event day. Our goal is to help you develop a custom merchandise concept which matches the vision and budget of your unique event, all at a very competitive price.
