University Golf Club – Terms and Conditions

About Us

University Golf Club an 18-hole public golf course. Players are required to pay a green fee each time they play. We are independent from the University of British Columbia and we are Owned and Operated by Musqueam Capital Corp, the economic development branch of the Musqueam Indian Band.

Tee Time Booking Policies

Tee Times are available to be booked online for groups of 1-4 players up to 7 days in advance starting at 7:00am. When making a booking at the University Golf Club, you are agreeing to ALL of the terms and conditions as laid out below.

• A valid credit card is required for ALL
• ALL Available tee times are viewable on our online booking engine, if there are no times shown, we do not have any availability.
• The price shown at time of booking will be the price that will be
• Tee Times can be cancelled/adjusted up until 24 hours prior to
• ALL green fees will be charged to the credit card on file used to make the booking on the morning of play.
  • Once charged, green fees are NON-REFUNABLE, except in a situation when the course becomes unplayable.
  • Should you need to reduce your group size or cancel on the day of play after you have been charged, please call the golf shop at 224.7799. A refund will be issued ONLY if we are able to fill the vacated slots with other golfers.
• Singles can also book online up to 7 days in
  • Only tee times with a 2-some or 3-some booking will be made available to singles to book, singles are restricted from booking a tee time that is fully open.

Green Fee Pricing

Green fees are priced based on a number of factors including Time of Day, Day of the week, month of play, and how far in advance you are booking.

• Seasonality: We have 3 seasonal pricing
  • Peak Season: May-September
  • Shoulder Season: April/October
  • Off Season: November- March

• Twilight Pricing: We have a tapered twilight pricing structure, pricing begins to reduce approximately 4 hours prior to
• Course Aeration: We aerate twice annually; our targeted weeks are always consistent and are the first week in both April and October. We will offer reduce green fees for 7-10 days after the completion of this maintenance based on the condition of the course.

Outside Alcohol

Our facility is licensed by the BC Liquor and Cannabis Regulation Branch. Our liquor license does not allow for the consumption of alcohol not purchased or served by our employees to be consumed at our facility. We maintain the right to confiscate ALL alcohol in you possession that was purchased elsewhere during your visit to University Golf Club. Serious breaches of this policy will also result on you and your group being asked to leave the property, no refunds will be offered or given.

Power Cart Rental Policies

• Power Carts are available daily from the first tee time until 3 hours before sunset, at the discretion of golf shop staff.
• Operators of Power Carts MUST BE over the age of 18 and possess a valid driver’s
• Power Carts are rented per seat (1/2 cart) and can be paid upon arrival or charged to the card on file used to make the booking.
• All players renting a power cart must sign an electronic waiver, the waiver will be emailed to the email you provide us.
  • We reserve the right to pair power cart riders up based on the ½ seats paid for, in the situation that a single wants to ride alone, they can do so by purchasing both seats in the cart
  • This also applies if a player would like someone to ride along (Wife, child, etc)
• Damage to Power Carts: Any damage caused to power carts which is deemed to not be normal wear and tear will be charged to the credit card on file used at time of booking.
  • Repairs will be billed for parts and labour to return the power cart to its prior condition
  • A detailed receipt for the repair is available upon

Golf Club Rental Policies

• Golf Club Rentals are available daily from the first tee time until 3 hours before sunset, at the discretion of golf shop staff.
• Rental sets are always rented in complete sets (14 clubs) with all clubs in good working
• All players renting clubs must sign an electronic waiver, the waiver will be emailed to the email you provide us.
• Damaged or missing Rental Clubs: Any set that is returned with damaged or missing clubs will have the purchase price for those items charged to the credit card on file used at time of
