Terms & Conditions

Lesson Booking, Cancellation, and Usage Policy

Booking:

• Lessons can be booked in advance through our online booking system, over the phone, or in person at the club.
• We recommend booking lessons well in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Cancellation/Changes:

• Cancellations or changes to lesson bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled lesson time.
• Failure to provide 48-hour notice may result in forfeiture of the lesson.

Usage:

• All purchased lessons must be used within one year from the date of purchase.
• Lessons are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

Exceptions:

• In case of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, exceptions to the cancellation policy may be made at the discretion of club management.
