This winter, we’re implementing a new frost delay policy to keep both our course and players in great shape.

Here’s what to expect:

11AM Shotgun Start on Frost Days

Start Time: All players will tee off at 11:00am on days with freezing conditions/frost.

Weekly Determination: Each Friday, we assess the forecast and set the schedule for the coming week (Monday-Sunday).

Regular Schedule: On non-frost days, tee times begin at 8:30AM.

How You’ll Know if It’s a Frost Delay

Online Booking System: Look for a special note in the tee sheet for each day, visible online and in the app.

Email Notifications: We’ll send reminders each morning for frost-delay shotgun starts, so you’ll always have the latest info.

Auto Reminders: Players with a reservation will receive an email the day prior to your booking with updated start times and any other need-to-know details.

Booking & Arrival Details

Booking Window: Book your winter tee times up to 3 days in advance.

Check-In: On 11AM shotgun start days, please arrive by 10:40AM to check in with the golf shop and get out to your starting hole.

Food and Beverage Services

Westward Ho Public House: The restaurant will be OPEN on shotgun days 9AM-5PM for breakfast and coffee pre-round, as well as post-round drinks/food.
